The round button at the bottom right on every page sends feedback straight to the team. See Feedback and support.
Monthly offset
The card at the top. It has four states.
After you add a card, the dashboard shows a short banner while Stripe confirms the payment. It clears on its own; dismiss it with the close button if you like.
Adjust estimate
Adjust estimate on the offset card, and Change in SettingsBilling, open the same dialog. It has the same controls as the onboarding offset screen.
Running estimate
Shown next to the impact card once you have at least one connected source. It is the monthly token count we project from every source that has usage.
Other states
How sources combine into one number is on How sources add up.
What you're offsetting
Three tiles: energy, water and CO₂e for one month at the size your plan covers. The token count comes from your plan. Tokens are weighted by type before the conversion, because a cached input token costs far less to serve than an output token. A band uses its own token mix; a sampled estimate uses your measured mix.
The footer says where the size came from: a band, your sampled usage, or a custom amount. With no plan, the tiles preview the Worker band. The constants and their sources are on Methodology.
Coming soon strip
The dashed strip at the bottom. Today the offset is sized from an estimate, and request-by-request metering isn't built yet. When live tracking, history and per-provider charts ship, they fill this space and use the sources you already connected. The button opens SettingsEstimate sources.
Your Orgs
Members of a partner organization, such as a platform that adds Token Offset at checkout, see a You and Your Orgs switch above the dashboard. Your Orgs shows the organization's credits and dollars by day with a 1D to All Time range filter. Other members don't see the switch.
